Raikkonen puts Ferrari on pole
北京时间3月17日，2007世界一级方程式锦标赛揭幕站澳大利亚大奖赛排位赛在墨尔本阿尔伯特公园赛道结束。Raikkonen 凭 1m 26.072s 的最快圈速，以 0.4s 的优势击败 Alonso, 为新雇主 Ferrari 车队摘得后 Schumacher 时代的首个杆位。意外的是此前表现强劲的另一位Ferrari车手 Felipe Massa 遇赛车故障未进前十成为最大冷门.
Raikkonen赛后说:“Today we spent time getting a good set-up on car, For one lap it was still not ideal, not for me at least, but the main thing is it was quick enough. We have a good race package, so I am more confident for the race than for qualifying. This can be quite a funny race, but we’ll do our best and hope to win.”
